I installed a mailing list using Google Groups. An E-Mail sent to chief-LLP@googlegroups.com will be distributed to every member of the newsgroup (= contact persons of the schools interested in the project).
Please check your E-Mail account, all members got a message that must be confirmed to get access to the system and to get the messages.
